I need help to build a rocket test stand, and assembling it

I have built a rocket engine as part of a startup, and we are going to need help to test our engine. I need help with testing it, meaning building a test bench or stand that can be carried with a car to desert, also you should have welding machine, CNC, drill, and stuff to make threads, as the engine is 3D printed. Someone with a generic workshop at best. The person needs to be good with hand work, metal and our engine is made off of superalloy. If you even have Methane or Hydrogen/ Oxygen for the engine, would be awesome, but you do not have to. If you are good, we may continue to work in some other ways and have you on board with our testing team. Cost of material can be covered, but we have not raised funding yet. So we could offer you some equity for your work.
