Vocalist/guitarist/bassist looking to start or join a Blues/Rhythm & Blues band. I have 30+ years experience as a gigging/recording bassist, and vocalist. I have been working on my guitar playing the last couple of years. I have some songwriting abilities as well. I am looking to join an existing group or I would like to find like minded musicians to start something new: drums, keys, harp, etc. If you can sing as well, that would be icing on the cake. The sounds that I dig the most are 40s - 60s Chicago, Swamp/Gulf Coast, and West Coast/Jump Blues. I love playing out, and would like to develop an actual show rather than just show up at a club and "jam". I believe that a band should look sharp, behave professionally, and deliver the goods regardless of the venue or the audience. I have pro gear, a pro attitude and a decent rehearsal space with drums, amps, pa, etc.
