This position is for entry-level highway cleanup Crew laborers who has a strong work ethic and positive, team center attitude. Additionally, it is important that you are willing to assist where you are needed, willing to learn new techniques, and to be committed to maintain a safe working environment. Since you will be working outdoors and interacting with our clients, Enjoying people and nature is also crucial. A company vehicle will be provided while you are on the job but you will need to consider your transportation to and from work before applying. You will be required to make it to the equipment yard every morning. If it is your goal to work for a company that cares about you and your development in the industry, this is for you. You will be required to provide a résumé with the minimum to work references. Requirements: Must have a valid driver license Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be capable of performing manual labor daily and be able to walk at least a 8 mile per day. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, band, Kneel, dig, reach, walk, and stand without difficulties. Seeking FLUENT Spanish speakers  Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to follow directions with keen attention to detail. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to move and clean up highways and bags while they are being dropped by the crew members. Must have the ability to follow oral and reading directions. Must be able to read maps. Must have reliable transportation.
