As a Parking Patrol Agent, you are the first point of contact with loiters when they are wheel locked. By following proper procedures you will have an opportunity to expand your marketable skill set in a fast paced environment. We understand that all our Lot Specialists are important. That is why we give each individual the opportunity to grow along with the company and increase pay within a month! -Importance of Professionalism One main reason why LMS Parking has developed and grown so much is the fact that we value professionalism and safety over everything else. As a Lot Specialist we are given a professional attire that must be adhered to AT ALL TIMES when wheel locking in Charlotte or any other city you must: -Have hair or locks professionally groomed or tied back -No necklaces, chains or dangling earrings. Rings or watches are okay. -Be wearing brown or black khakis. No basketball shorts, leggings, jeans or baggy pants, -Be wearing an LMS Parking embroidered collared shirt -Wear the LMS embroidered hat -Must have your LMS Parking badge clipped on pants or collared shirt. -Must wear work boots or tennis shoes. No loafers, sandals, flip flops or slides Responsibilities: -Drive to all apartment communities within your designated area -Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when on the phone or dealing with loiters -Properly register wheel locked vehicles on the LMS application -Attend weekly meetings to be updated on new properties Requirements: -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Must have a reliable phone service that does not drop calls -Be atleast 18 years of age' ' Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
