Framing Crew Lead - $1,000 Hiring Bonus

This is a full-time position with benefits and plenty of opportunity to advance. Additionally, there will be a company vehicle or car allowance provided as well as a cell phone or allowance. In this role, you will be leading a team of carpenters in the overall framing, installation, and necessary punch work at various homebuilding job sites. Duties will include, but not limited to: - Assembling homes in a timely manner - Meeting performance goals and deadlines - Light framing - Roof installation – trusses, bracing sheathing, etc. - Assuring that dimensional controls are met including supervising layouts - Anticipating problems and proactively suggesting solutions which are coordinated with the on-site Superintendent Desired Skills and Experience - Construction experience - Carpentry experience - Driver’s license - OSHA safety training (10, 30) We offer competitive wages, vacation, paid time off, benefits and 401k options.
