Busy Property Management company looking for qualified contractor, rehab crews, and handy men to do any of the following:
Paint, flooring, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, concrete, gutters, tree removal, exterior siding, trash outs, rekey properties, board ups, window replacement, and more. Contractors must be able to bid jobs including material and labor. We have a lot of work and must meet deadlines so please only reach out if you have the ability and staff to complete work quickly and within agreed upon time frames. Work is mainly in the city of Detroit.
