My company contracts maintenance for Property Management companies. We are looking to bring on a licensed HVAC technician to handle service calls. We will handle invoices and major material purchases, as well as provide consistent business. Must be able to perform maintenance and replacements for all types of residential HVAC systems. This is not 100% exclusive - you will be able to take other jobs. However we are looking for someone who will prioritize our jobs and have extremely good availability. Must have reliable transportation Active license Be honest and trustworthy - we provide a labor warranty that will need to be honored. Must have the ability to deliver and install new systems. We have general field technicians who could possibly help with installs. However it is generally best if you have the ability to bring on a second person as needed in these instances.
