Part-Time Rental Agent needed for our Property Management Company. We have over 270 units throughout the Rochester area in addition to a property in Webster/Ontario area, and we are looking for the right person to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would have excellent people skills, be very organized, and enjoy being on the phone with potential tenants. This person must have a reliable vehicle and computer/laptop with internet service. You will be posting ads of available apartments, replying to all inquiries (phone and email), scheduling showings, and follow up. Compensation is commission based. You make your own hours, but plan to devote some time each day for follow ups and showings. Must have availability 2-4 evenings/week (for evening showings), and have flexibility to schedule weekend showings. If you are interested, please include your resume with your reply. Thank you
