***YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND CAR TO GET TO WORK*** We are a property management company that has been in business for over 20 years. We are looking for a full time maintenance person that can work independently. You will be working across a few properties as workload requires. You are required to have experience/understanding of how stuff works in an apartment and how to fix it properly. No jerry rigging. You must fix it the right way the first time around. Position also requires applicant to be available for after hour and weekend emergency calls every 2-3 weeks. After hour/weekend calls are paid as overtime at 1.5x the rate with a minimum of 4 hours.
