Ontario,Victorville, Adelanto, Hesperia, or surroundings. About the position As a Mobile Site Surveyor, you will play an important role in helping homeowners determine their eligibility for solar. Site Surveyors are an integral part of our installation team. This position will require the individual to have reliable transportation and the ability to communicate with our engineering department efficiently. Site Surveyors make sure all the measurements inside and out of our client’s properties are accurate. They take pictures of electrical panels, meters, documents that may be relevant to an installation job, prepare documents as needed to help the homeowner complete paperwork with ease; they also document any obstructions or general property surrounding them so their installations can happen quickly without interruption from these factors holding up traffic elsewhere in process as well! What you’ll do • Traveling to the project sites, gather information necessary for a solar system design. • Set up a laptop for a virtual sales presentation. YOU WILL NOT BE PREFORMING THE SALES PRESENTATION. • Take pictures of their attic, utility bill, electric meter and submit them to the engineering department. • Develop a positive relationship with customers to establish rapport and to • Help your customers navigate and complete the paperwork process with ease. • Record the results of surveying and upload data to our company’s CRM. Surveys must be completed, and information uploaded in a timely manner. • Coordinate remotely with our installation team. • Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time sensitive tasks daily. • You will not be making sales or closing leads, just ensuring that the lead goes through their installation process as effortlessly and efficiently possible for the customer. Requirements • Vehicle (good condition with no cosmetic damage, no commercial branding, vehicle must be registered and insured in the state of California) • Valid driver’s license • Reliable laptop • Selfie stick • Comfort with utilizing technology for job performance (computer, phone, email, etc.) • Responsibility and accountability in an independent environment • Able to travel up to 40% of the time • Work on weekends • Basic knowledge of home construction is preferred, but not required. • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
