We are recruiting hookah only smokers between the ages of 21-49 who: - Do not smoke cigarettes or any other tobacco-based products - Do not have any health problems or take any prescription medication Volunteers will complete 3 study visits, each lasting 3-4 hours, and will be asked to vape an e-hookah for 30 minutes. Measures will be collected before and after the vaping session, including ultrasound measurement, blood drawn and urine will be collected.
