Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate the time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​General Job Duties Interior /Exterior PaintingAppliance Repair Turns Prepare and Complete Service Request Inspect Grounds and Common Areas Update Inventory Logs Troubleshooting Repair Issues Install Locks/Make Keys Maintenance Team Support If you are interested in working with us BUT do not have this particular skill set we do have our Porter/Groundskeeper positions. Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): *Daily Upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms, and hallways/elevators. *Power Washing *Sweep *Touch up Paint *Replace light bulbs in Common Areas, Pathways, Garage, and Parking Areas *Basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance. * Help with light maintenance work Become part of a great team!
