Looking for experienced Cleaning Contractor to join our team in Seattle Hotel Room cleaning & Public areas cleaning Job Duties include, but are not limited to: -Cleaning the hotel rooms. -Cleaning includes- Dusting, vacuuming, making beds in the room. -Cleaning bathrooms. -Restocking the room amenities. -Sweep, mop and wash floors. -Clean washrooms. -Wipe and disinfect all surfaces. -Pick up debris and empty trash receptacles. -Dusting Specific Skills: -Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness for location serviced by Tricom Building Maintenance. -Contractor must have a clear understanding for time management and a keen eye for detail. -Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. -Must be friendly and able to communicate in a professional manner with guests/employees of establishment. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: -Fast-paced environment. -Standing for extended periods. -Bending, Lifting and Walking for extended periods of time.
