2 year old boxer mix friendly and loves to play fetch

This is Junior his dad was a white boxer and his mother was an Australian Shepherd type mix. He is very friendly and gets along well with our small inside dog but not so much with other strange large dogs. He loves to play fetch with his toy and loves to snuggle. We are moving to Western North Carolina and cannot take him with us. He is up-to-date on his rabies vaccine and I have the paperwork to go along with him. Only one condition, if I don't like you (I am easy to deal with) he does not go and there is a $75 rehoming fee. He is used to a large fenced in yard.
