Help w/ Garden Design / Irrigation / Borders / Walkways

Trying to finish up a front yard on a budget. Need someone with experience doing landscaping and we can work together to make it look nice and install the irrigation lines. Simple and drought tolerant landscaping and maybe doing a pathway as well as choosing some plants and the mulch. I have other guys to help with the hard labor if you just want to do some hours helping me design and choose products and then we can map it out for the high school kids I have to do the labor. Either or / happy to have you help do the labor as well. But if you want to just help me create a nice little front yard area. I want to make a low border fence (3-4' tall) on both sides of the house as well and would like it to be modeled off this fence (if you know how they did this / what kind of wood this is). Or a hog wire type fence where the wire is picture framed into some wood. In Santa Rosa. 25hr cash. I know it isn't a lot but this is just on side time if you want to come help / know how to do these kind of things and can help me design it or install it.
