Join us for our walk-in hiring event at PREVENT, Fire Barrier Management, 448 Commerce Way Suite B, Livermore, CA 94551 on Tuesday, June 14 & Wednesday, June 15 2022 from 7:00AM-4:00PM PST! **If interested but not available for the walk-in event, call ! We will teach you our trade but some experience required! Work includes Inspection, Repair and Install - Fire Stopping, Fire Dampers and Fire Doors. Experience: • 2-3 years of experience working with basic tools, previous construction, painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, HVAC, Electrical and drywall finish. Job Requirements: • *** Must pass drug test, background check *** • Submit to TB test, vaccination blood tests & vaccinations (Flu, MMR, Varicella, etc.), and other mandatory vaccines • Fully Covid vaccinated or willing to get J&J • Professional appearance. No visible tattoos/willing to cover. No smoking. • Commute throughout the San Francisco Bay Area - VALID Driver's License & reliable vehicle Compensation: • $25-$28/hr. DOE • Paid weekly (direct deposit) • Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid sick leave • Any legally mandated paid leave This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment/hotel maintenance, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, janitorial, environmental services, home repair, wall repair, cable installation, alarm installation, installer, field technician, welding (welder), painting (painter), caulking (caulker), make ready, handyman, apprenticeship programs, remodeling, firestop, waterproofing (waterproofer), HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, asbestos/mold removal, construction, manufacturing, warehouse worker.
