Seeking part time contract maintenance person for apartments and rental houses in Cushing, Perkins, and Stillwater. 5-15 hours per week. Duties include, but not limited to, quarterly filter changes, property inspections, general maintenance repairs, make ready's, and tenant lock outs. Hours are very flexible.
