American Secure Storage, Inc is looking to hire a Self Storage Facility Maintenance Manager! • We have several locations in Knoxville • Managers will spend time both outside and inside at each location assisting with regular maintenance and clean up. • Customer service skills are important; you will be meeting with customers at units sometimes for quick showings or assisting with maintenance needs for individual units. • Daily Property checks • Starting at $12.00 hourly rate plus a nice monthly bonus based off income of properties.. • Working hours are Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 8am to 5pm. (Closed Wednesday)(32 hrs a week)
