I’m looking for a reliable skilled professional with the tools and know-how to take on a project as their own boss or independent crew. I may be able to help with some tools but you MUST be honest, reliable, committed and available (which seems to be hard to find these days). My exterior project wishlist, which can be done in phases or as a large project: - [ ] Backyard DECK: expand the size of my existing deck, possibly replacing existing wood with new composite; decking; - [ ] Add a covered or enclosed area where entering back door from deck - [ ] Add a front porch with overhang and columns; - [ ] Paint the house vinyl siding and trim; - [ ] Add stone veneer facing on part of the front of house; - [ ] Install new fence around backyard. - [ ] Repair Gutters with leaf guards or possibly replace with all new; - [ ] Possibly some landscaping work; - [ ] — Additional details if we set up a meeting for an estimate. ** I also have upcoming interior projects for someone who proves to be reliable and honest a does quality work.
