General Laborer 1st shift 7a- 330p (with OT) 2nd shift 3p-11p (with OT) BASE PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. No experience will start off at $16/ hourly, but we will have bonuses for attendance and productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: -Rack/unrack customer parts and test panels as directed. -Material handling (fragile parts) -Immerse objects in cleaning, rinsing, and plating baths (metal cleaner immersion) -Rotate parts through the cleaning/plating cycles -Rinse objects in water and dry object to maintain a clean, even surface. -Fill out and document the traveler paperwork -Visually inspect customer parts for damage before processing -Scan job travelers as directed Tasks may also include: -May measure, mark, and mask areas excluded from plating -May unmask parts Qualifications: -1 year of plating experience (will consider entry level candidates that have manufacturing experience) -High School Diploma or G.E.D. -Solid verbal and written communication skills -Excellent time management skills -Can work independently -Attention to detail Physical Requirements: The general laborer must be able to process jobs as required. They must physically be able to be on the line, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (1lb-30lbs) on a regular basis. Do repetitive tasks with few breaks and work in a humid/wet environment.
