Landlord Needs Repair on Stairs/Walkways at Apartment Building located at 5420 W. 6th Ave., Lakewood, CO 80214. • Remove/repair all rust from walkway faces, undersides, stairs and handrails • add whatever rust preventing materials and paint to match current color • make concrete walkways on upper levels water resistant or ideally waterproof to aid in future rust prevention • replace balusters as needed • repair/replace stairs as needed • add safety grip to each stair to prevent slipping • open to suggestions on pest/wasp control • all materials and labor must be guaranteed for four years • complete cleanup and removal of all trash and debris associated with the work and sent degree must be removed from the property every 24-48 hours • contractor must have a working cell phone at all times and a valid email account, text messaging and emails are considered to be an essential form of communication between the parties • generally, fix, repair and/or replace stairways and walkways at the afore mentioned property • we can supply all materials to the jobsite • this work shall be done under a contract If you want an answer to your inquiry, you MUST do the following: 1.
