Corvette Mechanic Needed ASAP

1981 Corvette. I replaced the carb and broke the throttle cable. I need a person who knows what they are doing to replace it with a new cable I got from Ecklers Corvette in my garage. I cannot get to it as the pedal rod goes up into the dash (Somewhere). I am open to price just hope it is not to overly expensive. All the Corvette dealers in town are a month out before they can even look at it. PLEASE, only reply if you have experience. You can send me a text on the number provided.
