CNC Milling Setup & Run Machinist

Micro-Mech Inc. is a fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking experienced CNC Machinists who not only run 3 (4 a plus) axis Milling Centers, but can also conduct their own setups. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team member within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to: • Carry out production, inspection, and machine operation duties • Set up and run machinery accurately and efficiently • Effectively monitor production • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management • Maintain a safe and clean work space • Follow established safety rules and regulations Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years’ experience • Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting • Ability to accurately read blueprints • Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect parts • Committed to quality, safety and communication • Team-oriented and self-motivated • Self sufficient Benefits available for Full-time employees: • Accrued vacation time (2 weeks after 1 year) • Health, Vision and Dental Insurance • 401K after 30 days of employment • 10 paid Holidays annually per company calendar • 8 PTO days accrued annually per company calendar Position Hours: • Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st shift machinist; Overtime available when needed) • Monday – Friday 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM (2nd shift machinist; Overtime available when needed) Pay Rate: • Competitive pay based on experience
