Rehoming a Small Female Dog

I have a small dachshund yorkie mix I'm trying to rehome. She's only about 8 pounds and super super sweet. She loves cuddles and everything. She's a year old and she isn't potty trained on leash and collar very well. She'll probably be better with fenced in yard and no other animals really. She loves kids and other people though. We don't have the time for her any longer however. She will come with a lot of stuff: Seresto flea collars, beds, toys, collar and leash, her blanket. There is a rehome fee for her. Thank you!
