Hello i am looking for a female cockatiel that I can house with my 1yr old male. My male had never been alone before I got him and is on the quiet side. He needs a companion. I am starting my search now in the hopes to find him a friend in the next week or so. We cant pay alot so please no high rehome fees. Please respond with pictures.
