Honor Services has an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, spending time outdoors (most times in the heat) and a desire to learn more about pest prevention. We are advocates for change in the industry by practicing integrated pest management in hopes of saving our lagoon one client at a time. Job Summary Treating the homes of current customers all while routinely discussing their needs, educating clients, answering questions, and identifying solutions offered by our products and services. The ability to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Inspecting, preparing and presenting an Integrated Pest Management proposal to new and existing clients when needed. Maintaining proper maintenance and cleanliness for company vehicle(s) including practicing safety with products contained in the vehicle(s) driven. A professional appearance is a must including wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for specific jobs. Technicians are also responsible for completion of their route and a cooperative positive attitude to take care of all clients' needs. #teamwork #honorway Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent IPM experience preferred but not required Knowledge of The Sentricon Always Active® System a bonus A passion for client education and care to elicit new sales Must exhibit a can do attitude and the ability to be a flexible member of our amazing team Excellent written, and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Basic mathematical ability The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test A valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to read and comprehend industry product product labels and follow safety protocols Our team is what makes Honor Services amazing.
