Property Stewards. Part Time (Boulder) The Property Stewardship is a key service we offer to our clients. As a Property Stewart. you will be given the flexibility to visit properties on a schedule that fits your availability. The Property Stewart is the eyes and ears of our property management division at Dean Callan. Your job is to visit a set number of properties per week. You will go onsite, walk the property, document conditions, and police around the area. These tasks are critical within the suite of exceptional services we provide our clients. We need people with an eye for detail, who can work independent, and who don’t mind a little physical activity as part of the daily job. Job Responsibilities Include: • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns • Maintain proper maintenance and work order notes • Keep properties clean. Remove litter, leaves, items out of place etc. • Beat back the weeds thought the use of organic spot application spring and summer • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work – (based on experience/interest) Skills Needed: • Strong communication skills • Self-Motivated – most of the time you will be working independently in the field. • Pride in your work • Basic Microsoft skills Required: • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Smart Phone We are looking for quality folks to integrate into our team.
