Who are we exactly? We are a network with some of DC's top commercial real estate players, predominately multifamily, that are in lending and equity. People all over the industry attend as far as underwriters, borrowers, and appraisers. We began with 15 attendees in December and now have expanded to 60 on average for our events! Our network consists of high credit approves at Freddie Mac, 50,000 unit owned borrowers, even to recent college graduated analysts. This is a network for everybody and we wish for you to be a part of it!
