Informal meditation session at beautiful Gateway Park, drop in and say hello. My approach is silent meditation based on Zen/Neti Neti/Non-duality, open to all experience levels. BYOC (chair, or whatever sitting device you prefer). Meet to the left of the bathroom/playground area We will do about 30-35 minutes silent meditation followed by discussion and Q&A.
