8 week old beagle puppy

Rescued puppy. Believed to be 8 weeks old. My sister found him living under a camper. His sibling was found hit in the road. Had over 100 ticks on him when we found him. He has be given baths and rid of all ticks. We will be getting him his shots and dewormed tomorrow. We wish we could keep him but due to strict pet policy at our apartment, we can not. Will be asking rehoming fee to cover shots and deworming and insure perfect home so he will never be neglected again. Must pick up in Vandalia Mo.
