The public is invited to join the Erie Downtown Partnership for the second public input session to learn about the forthcoming Design Guidelines that will be developed for the built environment in downtown Erie. The project study area is from 2nd Street up to 14th Street on both the east and west sides of State Street. The consultants facilitating the session and development of the guidelines are a team from Cleveland-based firm Perspectus. They will walk you through the proposed draft guidelines and benefits of having these design guidelines in a commercial corridor. We will also seek your input on the project. Downtown property owners, developers, businesses, and residents are particularly encouraged to attend. Seating will be limited in the Erie Art Museum and masks are encouraged.
