Press release from Everett Community College: June 6, 2022 Everett Community College briefly went into lockdown at about 1:10 p.m. on Monday, June 6 after Everett police received a report that there was a person pointing guns at cars at the Starbucks next to EvCC's main campus in Everett. Police responded and detained a person. There is no threat to EvCC's campus. The lockdown ended several minutes after it began. EvCC is now open and classes have resumed.
