GROTON, CT - A Mystic resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Groton earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 3, Mark Miller, of Mystic, purchased a KENO ticket from the Veterans Convenience in Groton and won $40,000.
