Heavy Construction Contractor and Agency Match Maker Event: On day two of a two-day contractor business event, we will bring together large Heavy Construction and Highway Contractors with Small, Minority and Women owned firms. Hosted by the Contractor’s Association of Eastern PA (CAEP), SEPTA DBE Program Office, The Enterprise Center (TEC), Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET), Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), & Mid-Atlantic Small Business Transportation Resource Center (MA SBTRC).
