The Ellington Edition is proud to introduce the Noah's Ark New Adventures series. Please join our inaugural celebration for a fun filled afternoon. Our events are created for families to enjoy our festivities, learn about our publishing house and products and connect with our community. **PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION OF ALL TICKET PRICES, SPACE IS LIMITED** All attendees will be required to sign a waiver established by the Hudson's House of Play. In addition, by attending our event you agree to adhere to the policy of The Ellington Edition L.L.C. Our events engage in videos and photographs that will be used for company promo on our website and social media platforms. If you do not authorize release of any images that contain you or your child please speak with the event coordinator on the day of the event. I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit. I understand and agree that photographs in the possession of the releasee shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said photographs. I hereby waive my right to inspect of approve the photographs by which my likeness appears. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the The Ellington Edition from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
