The Arapahoe County Coroner's Office identified the victim in Sunday's hit and run crash in Englewood as John A. Lucero. (CBS4)Three Colorado counties have moved to the worst COVID-19 category. While most of us have tried to return to normal after two years of living with the pandemic, the COVID-19 virus is still spreading and making problems for county health departments across the state. (FOX31) Denver City Council passes a new affordable housing program. The hope is to encourage more affordable housing in the city by forcing new development cover the cost of the new affordable stock. A project with 10 or more units will be required to include affordable housing for 99 years. For the first time, this new housing ordinance will apply to both rental and for-sale units. The lone vote against the plan came from Councilwoman CedeBaca who said "this is smoke and mirrors and we all deserve more than developer crumbs." (Biz Journal) CSU's new building on National Western campus is ready to open. The second of three Colorado State University buildings planned for the NWC is named "Terra," and the activities in this building will be focused on connecting the public with food and agriculture innovation.
