Arielle of Anana Earth and DJ Sacred Sounds will be joining forces to bring you Quantum, a 90-minute movement experience - where sounds and vibrations bring you back into your body and your sensation. Never heard of ecstatic dance before? It’s kinda like a DJ'd dance party meets meditation, meets yoga, meets therapy. Quantum is all about experiencing who you are at the energetic level. EVERYONE is welcome. This experience is open to all ages, bodies, and orientations. Just bring some comfortable clothes to wear (we love sweats, yoga pants, or flowy things), some water, and socks if you'd prefer not to go barefoot. You can come alone, or bring a friend or partner to dance with! This is a substance-free event, as we allow the music alone to take us to an altered state of consciousness.
