Description

We are seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator for our fast-paced, growing manufacturing client, located near Milford, NH. Responsible for HR functions including employee and supervisor guidance, HR policy, procedure and guidelines; performance management, personnel files, ensuring regulatory compliance, and benefit management. Also, responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll in-house and helping to convert to a 3rd party payroll service, administering 401k deductions, coordinating benefits open enrollment and compiling annual retirement census and discrimination testing and annual Section 125 census information. Must have experience processing in-house payroll (ADP is a plus) while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Must have outstanding communication, problem solving, MS Office, organizational and time management skills. Must have strong knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with a minimum of three years of related hands-on work experience is required.
