Creative expression has innate healing properties. Through making art and discussing it with an art therapist, you can greatly improve your life and mental/emotional health. Art therapy has many benefits including relieving anxiety, helping to manage behavior and addictions, and increasing self-esteem.
Licensed art therapist Hannah Login, and President of The Tennessee Art Therapists Association will guide these experiences.
This is not a technique-based class. It is an opportunity for you to explore feelings and issues in a safe and relaxed setting.
