The evacuation warnings for surrounding areas were lifted but mandatory order remained in effect as of 11:15 p.m. SAN RAFAEL, CA — A San Rafael wildfire has triggered evacuation orders for residents in the area of Deer Park Road and Highland Avenue, authorities said. Police conducted door-to-door evacuations at some area homes and issued warnings to others, the city's Office of Emergency Services tweeted at 10:34 p.m. "Others in the area are under an evacuation warning," the agency said.
