HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A body found in a wooded area along the westbound side of Route 99 near Weatherstone Drive in Ellicott City appears to be a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in the overnight. According to the Howard County Police Department, the victim has been identified as Michael Kevin Fitzpatrick, 54, of Ellicott City.
