person who can lift 50 lbs repetitively and help in assorted small projects like fixing or repairing, doors, windows, hardwood floors, fences and all round small construction and handyman (women) projects. must have experience but not especially needed if teachable and able to follow instruction. hand tools are a plus. looking for man women, student, or elderly person hopefully with some experience. must be fit and healthy and able to handle strenuous projects like digging fence holes, building fences, mixing cement, or climbing ladders.
Looking for local, honest, mild tempered, team player. must be honest and be able to work alone and with others and speak some english. must have transportation to and from work. must be healthy and fit. work is in berkeley, and surrounding areas close by. work will start out at 25 to 40 hours a week and will last about two or three weeks and perhaps more. hourly wage starts out at $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. gas allowance available.
