FULL-TIME LANDSCAPERS NEEDED Gardening/Landscaping experience desired but not required. We are looking for people interested in landscaping, both installation and maintenance, who want to learn and are willing to work hard to accomplish that goal. If you are motivated and want to learn more about: Installation and maintenance of native plants Edible plant production Integrated pest management Irrigation systems installation Gray-water and rainwater catchment systems installation and other aspects of our landscaping business, please consider joining our team. Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work 32-40 hours per week. Must also be able to lift up to 50lbs and work well on a team or alone. Completion of I9 Form is required for employment. JOBS AVAILABLE: LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADER / FOREMAN - $30 to $45 per hour • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lead position, 5 years’ experience overall • Must have proven track record of successfully managing crews of 2 - 5 • Must have clean and current California Driver's License • Must own reliable truck and basic landscape construction tool set • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and manage daily paperwork • Must possess advanced working knowledge of the following o Plant installation and care (ID, planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest ID, problem solving) o Irrigation troubleshooting, timers, installation, maintenance, and repair o Stonework (brick, flagstone, walls, etc.) o Carpentry (fences, decks, walls, etc.) • Must be able to lift 50lbs LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICE - $22 to $28 per hour • Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in Landscape Construction • Must have clean and current California Driver's License • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and manage daily paperwork • Must possess working knowledge of the following o Plant installation and care (ID, planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest ID, problem solving) o Irrigation troubleshooting, timers, installation, maintenance, and repair o Stonework (brick, flagstone, walls, etc.) o Carpentry (fences, decks, walls, etc.) • Must have reliable vehicle • Must be able to lift 50lbs LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION NOVICE - $18 to $22 per hour • No experience necessary, but must be a quick learner and hard worker. • Must have clean and current California Driver's License • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and manage daily paperwork • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50lbs All hiring will be dependent on the successful completion of an I9 form.
