Next adoption event is June 11, 2022 from 11-2 at Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital in Sebastopol. Meet Gumdrop. These little ones are Pug/Chihuahua mixes and are 8 weeks old. They currently weigh between 3-5 pounds. We expect them to grow to be around 15-20 pounds full size. These puppies are bold, adventurous and confident. Someone spent time working with them and socializing them before they joined our program. It shows in their swagger as they explore their surroundings and solve the great mysteries of their foster home. They are also happy to come nestle in for some snuggle time and can’t refuse a belly rub. They currently sleep together in a crate at night, are working on house training and are not leash trained. They are smart dogs and will need toys and activities that continue to stimulate their minds. Walks and activities like training and fetch with also do wonders to keep them calm and focused. Remember, a tired puppy is a good puppy! Gumdrop is altered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, wormed and treated for fleas/ticks.
