The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record. Flexible scheduling with AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts and weekend shifts available. Responsibilities of Drivers: • Drive pre-production vehicles for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. • Evaluate pre-production vehicles part-time, providing feedback on durability, performance, vehicle noise abnormalities, comfort, etc. • Drive in small groups on designated routes for 8-10-hour shifts while performing test procedures. • Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience. Compensation for Drivers: • General drivers will earn $12.50/hr. • CDL-B drivers can earn $17.50/hr. when driving qualified CDLB vehicles only Shifts: • Flexible scheduling with AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts and Weekend shifts available • AM Day Shift: 4:30 am - 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm (Monday - Sunday) • PM Night Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am or 2:00 am (Monday - Sunday) o We operate 7 days/week however, you choose how many days per week and the shifts you're available to work. You are not required to be available 7 days/per week. Retirees and veterans are welcome Requirements of General Drivers: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Have a valid U.S. driver's license (Class E) • Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S. • Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English) Requirements of CDL-B Drivers: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Have a valid U.S. CDLB driver's license • Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S. • Possess an updated medical DOT card • Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English) • Trailer/Tow experience preferred but not required Performance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer Easy Application Process!
