It is happening...... again. A beloved teenager is found dead in a small town, throwing the whole community into turmoil. Their secrets were just beneath the surface, and will all emerge from the shadow of the Tall Pines. Come experience the mystery and strangeness of the GM-less story game based on Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet, and other surreal mysteries. Support special programming at RinCon 2022 and play in a one-shot adventure facilitated by GM extraordinaire, Jason Corley.  The system is Tall Pines, the card-based tabletop story game where you’ll discover, create, and explore a murder mystery set in a small mountain town. Four players will play through a tale in three acts, using the game cards to prompt exciting and enigmatic scenes, establish a shared language of surreal symbolism and metaphor, and reveal the secrets that the town and its people hide. This premier role playing event will take place in a private gaming room at Tucson Games & Gadgets at Tucson Mall, and we'll have all kinds of extras to help set the mood.  Tickets include $15 credit for food and drink at the Short Rest Tavern.
