LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Dec. 21. All charges are merely accusations. Cesar Aponte-Villazan, 30, of Long Beach, was arrested on Taft Avenue on Dec. 17 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, identity theft and criminal possession of a controlled substance.Christopher Ryan Friedlander, 20, of Tarrytown, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Dec. 18 and charged with obstructing governmental administration, criminal impersonation and resisting arrest.Marke Arquan Sutton, 24, of Long Beach, was arrested on Centre Street on Dec. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct and assault with intent to cause physical injury.
