Well, us true diehard know it never went away (told you it wasnt a phase mom!). On the outside, I'm an early 30s, new dad, living and working 9 to 5 in Asheville. Little do many know (except my wife who hates it) my Spotify playlists resemble the library of burnt CDs I had in highschool and deep down there's a lil angsty flame that refuses to burn out! Emo nights have become popular at several bars and breweries and I think I'd be really fun to be a live emo night band to play every once in a while downtown in Asheville. Im a guitarist who'd be comfortable playing rhythm or lead and am looking for drummers, bassists, guitarists and vocalists who still like to scream along to all their favorite anthems of old loud and out of key (expect vocalists.... Y'all gotta be in key). I may have traded in my snake bites, skinny jeans, and hair straightener long ago, but I still have my black Telecaster and am ready to rock like it's 2005!
