$$$ READ FIRST $$$ WANTED: Needing 1-2 labor assistants to do WHATEVER needed on home improvement project. (landscaping, digging, lifting/moving bags/boxes/items, organizing/cleaning, 1 story ladder usage, irrigation, drywall, paint prepping etc etc., again whatever asked to perform will be within reason) 90% outdoors work for now. Must work with generally consistent good speed, a real go-getter stands out! Its unfortunate to send someone home. Show up!... and arrive early or on time. Come ready to work with a 'can do' & positive attitude and with some pep in the step Be able to take direction. No experience necessary or tools Must have dependable transportation Must be able to send pic of your I.D. so we know your real and who to expect when they arrive. $17 hr cash no taxes (is like $20 an hr.)-Enjoy working outdoors-Jam to your music if wish- waters bottles supplied Property located in Carolina Park (northern most mount pleasant less than 5 min drive from Costco 3525 Park Ave Blvd if would like to determine if its too far for you to drive or not). Start with a sms text reply and supply name and a one liner about you will do- Ill reply back or will call in couple of min if job still avail and to move forward. People saying they are on their way that pretend car or direction issues or some other lame excuse later while looking for other jobs...we heard them all. I have multiple home improvement jobs regularly, so I save everyone's contact info/phone #s for future jobs to offer regularly, so make sure you do work hard and, if say you're coming, show early and be responsive on your phone. A person who isn't responsive by phone or text also we know will be a something "came up" or car bla bla bla... Save the stories, we've heard em all before. I reply to everyone contacting even if job taken UNLESS you've applied previously to one of my home improvement or moving jobs and came up with a last minute lame excuses (you know who you are),...I typically wont bother responding unless im bored which is rare. All of my regulars are all busy so I need a few extra people to now add to my roster list! Is that you? If it is just a for a day or two that is fine also.
