Description
Seeking experience in a variety of General Building Maintenance duties such as; Minor Plumbing, Electrical and AC repairs. Building Furniture and fixtures as required. Moving furniture and cleaning apartments/college dorms as needed. Ability to work as a team to do whatever the task requires.
Must have good attitude, reliable transportation, current drivers license, clean record and able to get to the jobsite on-time and be available to work everyday as required. 40 hours per week, plus overtime as necessary.
